INTRODUCTION:
As a member of the FP&A team, the Finance Manager be a part of a nimble, Private Equity backed company, in which team members act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team. Finance plays a critical, highly valued role by providing data-driven insights to operationalize initiatives and execute on financial performance. ABC Fitness is a leading SaaS and Services provider to the Health and Fitness Industry. ABC Fitness is focusing on SaaS products and complementary billing services and we need strong Financial Analysts to support analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead functional groups in the preparation and maintenance of their organization’s revenue and expense budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial plans that align with business objectives and revenue targets
- Perform forecast and budget variance analysis in conjunction with the broader Finance team
- Support month-end close and help prepare monthly Executive Management reviews
- Manage and maintain the revenue models for our SaaS and Payments/FinTech portfolio
- Conduct financial analysis in support of our Professional Services and Client Success groups including onboarding forecasts, customer P&L’s, and renewals
- Drive disciplined cost management and expense planning processes in concert with functional business leaders. Leverage ROI models to prioritize resources and govern decision making.
- Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in improving its competitive position and profitability
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, with experience building revenue models
- Undergraduate degree required
- Detail oriented and able to work in a face paced, rapidly changing environment
- Willingness to accept new challenges, with a high level of curiosity and creativity as it relates to new projects and finding solutions to problems.
- Effective communication and cross functional business partnering. Ability to present to all levels of the organization including senior leadership.
- Financial modeling and analysis skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Workday and Adaptive Planning knowledge preferred.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in the United States and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for U.S. based candidates for this position is $105,000 -- $145,000 USD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
