The Digital Transformation Manager, Capital Formation is a key driver in the digital evolution of our capital formation processes. Reporting directly to the Director, Digital Innovation and Product Delivery, this role is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing digital solutions that enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve the overall experience for issuers and participants within the capital formation ecosystem. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful adoption of digital initiatives that support the organization's growth and innovation objectives in capital formation. The manager will own and drive small, high-impact projects, acting as a critical bridge between technical and business needs.

​​​Key Accountabilities:

  • Capital Formation Digital Strategy & Initiatives:

    • Contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy specifically tailored to capital formation processes.

    • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, AI, data analytics) relevant to capital formation, and assess their potential impact.

    • Support the Director in maintaining the digital transformation roadmap for capital formation, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic alignment and business impact.

  • Project Management & Delivery:

    •  Own and drive small, high-impact projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with the company’s modernization goals.

    • Lead and manage digital transformation projects within the capital formation domain, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technology, legal, compliance, business development) to ensure seamless project execution.

    • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates 1 to the Director.  

    • Act as the connector between technical and non-technical stakeholders, offering clear and actionable guidance that ensures project success. 

  • Process Optimization & Innovation:

    • Analyze existing capital formation processes and identify opportunities for digital optimization and automation.

    • Design and implement innovative digital solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance the user experience for issuers and participants.

    • Build scalable systems and processes that are designed to handle high volumes while ensuring reliability and resilience at critical points.

    • Apply deep analytical and tactical problem-solving skills to overcome challenges, always keeping execution and impact top of mind.

  • Data-Driven Insights & Performance Measurement:

    • With the Director, establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives in capital formation.

    • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for further optimization.

    • Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders 

    • Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to identify and implement digital solutions.

    • Consult with and guide stakeholders, building consensus and aligning efforts with organizational priorities.

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who can proactively manage their time and priorities to be successful
  • Problem Solver who brings a high attention to detail with the ability to learn and multitask
