Customer Order Management is responsible for optimizing reimbursement processes, improving cash flow, reducing denials, and ensuring compliance across the revenue cycle. Through insurance verification, prior authorization, claims management, and accounts receivable activities, RCM helps drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

(Internal)

  • at least 4 years of experience in handling an RCM Team, preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

What is expected of you and others at this level

  • Manages daily operations and supervises supervisors, team leads, and frontline employees across multiple revenue cycle functions.
  • Drives performance against key metrics including productivity, quality, service level, cash collections, denial rates, and customer experience.
  • Develops and executes operational strategies that improve efficiency, reduce rework, and enhance reimbursement outcomes.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams, payers, customers, and business leaders to resolve complex operational issues.
  • Ensures compliance with payer, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
  • Leads workforce planning, staffing, training, and employee development initiatives.
  • Utilizes data, reporting, and analytics to identify trends, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manages operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Builds leadership capability within the organization through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
  • Influences stakeholders and gains alignment across various levels of the organization to achieve desired business outcomes.
