As a Manager, Client Analytics, you will lead the delivery of high-impact analytics engagements while managing and developing a team of analysts and consultants. This role is ideal for someone ready to step beyond individual delivery into team leadership and project ownership, balancing technical depth, client-facing communication, and the coaching of junior team members. You'll partner closely with senior leaders to grow accounts and shape delivery, while taking accountability for the day-to-day success of your engagements.
Job requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in analytics, marketing consulting, loyalty strategy, or business/management consulting, ideally in a client-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects and leading or mentoring team members.
  • Proven ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable leading client meetings, workshops, and presentations with a high level of professionalism and clarity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; familiarity with Snowflake and Databricks is an asset.
  • Deep understanding of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., supervised/ unsupervised learning, statistical testing, simulation, optimization).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a knack for turning data into engaging visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Delivery Leadership
  • Serve as a primary analytics point of contact for assigned client relationships, ensuring insights align with strategic business goals.
  • Own the analytics roadmap for assigned clients, connecting analytics initiatives to business objectives and identifying priorities across current and future engagements.
  • Design and execute analytics projects end to end, structuring approaches, managing scope, timelines, and quality to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Present findings to client stakeholders with a polished, professional delivery style, using data storytelling and visualization to drive business impact.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities where analytics can add value and proactively recommending solutions.

Analytics Excellence
  • Lead the development and application of advanced analytics models such as customer lifetime value, segmentation, propensity, financial forecasting, and attribution modeling.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear business language that supports strategic decision-making and continuous optimization.
  • Oversee report development and performance monitoring tools to support ongoing client success.

People & Team Leadership
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and consultants, providing coaching, feedback on deliverables, and support for professional growth.
  • Set clear objectives for team members and support ongoing performance development.
  • Build team capabilities across analytics, storytelling, and strategic thinking.

Business Contribution
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing, pitch decks, and scoping, with a focus on showcasing the value of analytics.
  • Support account growth by identifying expansion opportunities within existing engagements.
