As Manager, Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for delivering trusted, timely, and actionable insights that support decision-making across the Residential Lending Solutions (RLS) area. Reporting to the Director, Business Excellence & Product Services, this role leads the execution and delivery of business intelligence capabilities, including performance reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Your mandate spans the design, execution, and ongoing delivery of business intelligence solutions, including performance reporting, dashboards, analytics, and adoption across RLS.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

Business Intelligence
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain standardized dashboards, reports, and curated insights for Product, Operations, and Business Excellence stakeholders within RLS. 

  • Translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability. 

  • Support adoption of Power BI as the primary analytics platform. 

  • Define, track, and maintain KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics. 

  • Support data governance, audit, risk, and compliance reporting needs. 

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enable self-service analytics. 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5 -8 years in BI, analytics, or data management,

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain standardized dashboards, reports, and curated insights for Product, Operations, and Business Excellence stakeholders within RLS. 

  • Translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability. 

  • Support adoption of Power BI as the primary analytics platform. 

  • Define, track, and maintain KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics. 

  • Support data governance, audit, risk, and compliance reporting needs. 

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enable self-service analytics. 

  • Strong change-management, communication, and storytelling abilities—you translate complex data topics into clear business value.



Total Direct Compensation:

$122,000 to $149,200

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
