As a Manager in Analysis & Insights, you will lead projects, mentor consultants, enhance client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership.
Job Description:
As a Manager on the Analysis & Insights team, you’ll serve as the senior contact for key clients, leading project teams to deliver high-impact digital intelligence solutions. You’ll build strong client relationships, mentor consultants, and drive growth across Cardinal Path’s service offerings. This role reports to the Senior Director, Analysis & Insights.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery
- Lead successful execution of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Contribute to strategic planning, pitches, and proposal development.
- Act as a strategic advisor, aligning solutions with client business goals.
- Manage client communications, expectations, and satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve scope or budget issues proactively.
Practice Development & Mentorship
- Mentor team members across levels on analytics, communication, and career development.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and long-term planning.
- Drive process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Thought Leadership
- Author blog posts and contribute to thought leadership assets such as white papers, webinars, etc.
- Assist marketing with the preparation of client case studies.
- Present at conferences, webinars, and other events.
- Conduct training (both of client teams and internal staff).
Qualifications
- 4+ years in digital analytics/marketing, preferably in agency or consultancy.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or Piano Analytics
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience in strategic measurement planning, data collection methodologies
- Experience with advanced methodologies: clickstream, testing, personalization, mobile, surveys, etc.
- Familiarity with data tools (R, SPSS, BigQuery, Tableau, etc.).
- Excel expert; comfortable with tag management platforms.
- Google/Adobe Analytics certifications preferred.

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
