What you'll do

The AI Risk & Compliance Manager ensures AI solutions are developed, deployed, and operated responsibly, in alignment with ethical principles, regulatory requirements, and enterprise governance standards. This role partners across the organization to embed risk management and compliance throughout the AI lifecycle while enabling responsible innovation.

  • Lead AI risk assessments, risk tiering, and governance approval processes.

  • Review AI solutions for compliance with enterprise policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor AI risks, control effectiveness, and compliance throughout the model lifecycle.

  • Partner with Privacy, Security, Legal, Risk, and business teams to identify and mitigate AI-related risks.

  • Maintain AI risk registers and oversee remediation activities.

  • Develop reporting and insights on AI risk posture for governance committees and senior leadership.

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of AI governance frameworks, standards, and practices.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, governance, or a related field.

  • Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI concepts and associated risks.

  • Experience applying regulatory, risk, or control frameworks in a complex organization.

  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with AI governance, model risk management, privacy, or security practices is an asset.

  • AI risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated early in the development lifecycle.

  • Regulatory and policy requirements are effectively embedded into AI solutions.

  • Leadership has clear visibility into enterprise AI risks and compliance status.

  • AI adoption scales responsibly with confidence from business and governance stakeholders.

Broadband Salary Range: $80,000.00 – $131,000.00

Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role. #LI-AG2
