Job Description: 

KEV Group is looking for a Lunchbox Marketing Manager to join our Lunchbox team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing programs and plans for our Lunchbox branded unit.  You will be responsible to meet or exceed defined targets for new Lunchbox customer acquisition, as well as support existing Lunchbox customers with helpful information and events to encourage increased usage and wider adoption at participating schools. 
 
Lunchbox is a full-service online platform that manages lunch programs and fundraising initiatives featuring national chains and local area restaurants for schools across Canada. The service partners with schools and vendors to make the often labor-intensive and highly administrative lunch program process paperless and cashless. The online platform allows parents to order and pay for lunches on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, providing parents, children, and schools with a safe, efficient, and contactless service while supporting local area restaurants and providing schools with fundraising dollars. Lunchbox is well-positioned to achieve major and rapid growth, which is a top strategic focus for KEV Group 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead campaign plans through the development of outbound and inbound marketing activities in a timely manner
  • Develop marketing communications, including but not limited to, newsletters, social, advertising, emails, webinars, videos and collateral
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal teams cross-functionally as needed for effective program, campaign, event and project delivery
  • Liaise with external vendors, including event management vendors and print/mail houses, as needed on projects and initiatives
  • Plan, manage and execute events (tradeshows, seminars, webinars) and campaigns, meeting or exceeding goals and targets, including pre- and post-event activities
  • ​​​​Provide project management for marketing activities, following established guidelines and ensuring professional, consistent delivery
  • Track and report results for all events and campaigns on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Actively participate in company, staff or individual one-on-one meetings on an ongoing basis for effective teamwork, enhanced communication and progressive co-operation strategies within the department as well as other areas across the company
  • Continually contribute to the profitability of the company and ongoing business operations by initiating, recommending, and implementing continuous improvement strategies and initiatives
  • Conduct any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned or required in a timely and professional manner 

 

Skills and Experience: 

  • University Degree or College Diploma in marketing or communications is required
  • 3-5years of experience working as a Marketing Specialist and/or Manager
  • Previous experience working within the SaaS industry is an asset
  • Experience writing results-oriented targeted promotional emails for lead generation campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • A pragmatic, detail-oriented self-starter who demonstrates initiative and thrives in a multi-tasking, time-sensitive environment
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
