Earlier this year (March 2026), Unilever announced an agreement to separate our Foods business. Job Purpose

The Factory Logistics Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations within the Rexdale manufacturing site. This role ensures seamless material flow from inbound receipt through production replenishment and outbound shipment execution while driving safety, service, cost, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement.

This position leads a team of warehouse associates and partners closely with Production, Planning, Transportation, and Customer Service teams to deliver operational excellence and support growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable execution.
  • Drive schedule adherence, inventory accuracy, customer service performance, and logistics cost optimization.
  • Manage inbound receiving, warehouse operations, line replenishment, and outbound shipments.
  • Execute logistics processes and performance standards using SAP/EWM systems and site KPIs.
  • Lead monthly and annual physical inventory activities and maintain CHEP pallet accountability.
  • Manage warehouse equipment, supplies, and forklift fleet performance.
  • Optimize labor planning, staffing coverage, and workforce productivity across shifts.
  • Support Production Shift Supervisors as needed to maintain operational continuity.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities utilizing World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies.
  • Drive transportation, warehousing, and sustainability initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce operational costs and carbon emissions.
  • Support internal and external benchmarking activities while executing the site's logistics strategy.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, transportation, and customer service processes.
  • Experience working with SAP, EWM.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, TPM, or WCM.
  • Previous leadership or shift supervision experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $71,000-$106,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. 

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
