Supervises warehouse associates, manages labor planning and equipment, ensures safety and service performance, maintains inventory accuracy, and uses SAP/EWM and KPIs to optimize costs. Drives continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, and WCM methodologies while supporting transportation, sustainability, and operational continuity initiatives.

Leads the Rexdale factory’s engineering strategy, capital investment program, technical capability development, asset reliability, utilities optimization, and engineering governance. Owns end-to-end capital project delivery, sustainability initiatives, manufacturing systems improvement, safety and quality compliance, contractor and supplier partnerships, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Coaches engineering teams and drives continuous improvement, loss elimination, operational reliability, and alignment with Unilever manufacturing standards.
