The Associate Finance Manager serves as a strategic finance partner for the Foods business, supporting pricing, product initiatives, capital expenditure evaluations, competitive benchmarking, scenario planning, financial analysis, risk assessment, forecasting, annual planning, and process improvement. The role collaborates cross-functionally and communicates financial insights and business recommendations to leadership.

Leads daily warehouse, transportation, distribution, receiving, production replenishment, inventory, and outbound shipment operations at a manufacturing site. Supervises warehouse associates, manages labor planning and equipment, ensures safety and service performance, maintains inventory accuracy, and uses SAP/EWM and KPIs to optimize costs. Drives continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, and WCM methodologies while supporting transportation, sustainability, and operational continuity initiatives.
