Logistics Specialist

Full-Time Permanent

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Store team. In this role you’ll be responsible for: 

Order Fulfillment & Receiving

  • Review and prioritize order queue to ensure fulfillment rate targets are achieved and cancellation rates are reduced
  • Complete order picking/fulfillment, ensuring all orders meet packaging standards and are delivered by established deadlines
  • Participate with the receipt of MTM and special-order goods
  • Ensure accurate receiving for all incoming merchandise from warehouse or vendor, including hanging goods, PO receiving.
  • Ensure arriving goods from rebalances are reconciled with the shipping document
  • Participate in rebalance and recall requests
  • Complete BOPIS operations
  • Oversee completion and accuracy of all in-transit documentation
  • Monitor RTVs and MTM Refusals
  • Ensure consistent compliance with all policies and procedures (order fulfillment, place & locate, packaging & presentation, POS, etc.)
     

Inventory & Merchandise Management

  • Coordinate merchandise preparations for timely placement of product on the sales floor
  • Complete all markdown, price changes and other product reticketing initiatives
  • Ensure all outstanding paperwork is completed, RTVs and recalls sent
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in corrections when needed
  • Assist with preparations for seasonal inventory and conduct seasonal inventory counts
  • Monitor and document write-off merchandise
  • Execute and lead by example in loss prevention and health & safety best practices
     

Backroom Organization and Maintenance

  • Ensure shipping/receiving area is kept tidy and clean
  • Maintain an organized backroom to ensure efficient storage for supplies, packaging, merchandise etc.

Operational and Flex Support

  • Support with daily tasks and ad-hoc projects assigned by the Operations Leadership
  • Assist with training of all logistics and operations associates
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team, flexing seamlessly between operations and logistics functions, as needed
  • Maintain awareness of the sales floor, ensuring client experience expectations are met by providing targeted support where and when required
  • Adhere to service desk standards, including answering phones, assisting with client resolutions, and handling occasional, straightforward client cashouts when needed.
  • Achieve successful scores with POS accuracy audit, Logistics Audit, Packaging standards audit, shrink % rates, on time rate, order fulfilment rate, cancellations rate etc.

Successful candidates will require: 

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment, in a logistics role
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, merchandising, order fulfillment and inventory management in a retail environment
  • A track record of attention to detail in processing incoming/outgoing merchandise in the shipping/receiving area of the store
  • Championing the maintenance of store merchandise and maintaining stock levels 
  • A Team Player with the ability to work individually and as part of a team to achieve store goals
  • An individual who takes accountability to ensure that all merchandise is received, scanned and tagged appropriately
  • Able to work in the stock room within the retail store, working collaboratively with in-store team
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Able to lift and move heavy boxes and be on your feet/able to bend, kneel, and move as required

**Compensation: $20.11/hr.
