Job Description

As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the flow of information between the customer base and the Planning / Dispatch group to ensure timely execution of service.

What you’re responsible for: 

  • Manage inbound communications with customers and drivers/carriers.
  • Create orders in the system to be managed by the Planning / Dispatch department.
  • Communicate with customers and carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, customs paperwork, labels, etc.).
  • Track orders in the system through to completion.
  • Support Supply Chain Analyst objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Management team to reconcile inventory systems.

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • You have experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.
  • You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are proficient in logistics software (WMS/TMS), Excel, and ERP systems.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • You have knowledge of shipping regulations and international logistics.

This role offers a competitive compensation package with an annual salary range of CAD $50,000–$65,000.
