Responsibilities:
- Support our Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams with competitive pricing, in-depth performance analysis, and data-driven insights that directly impact our bottom line.
- Ensure clean, accurate reporting flows directly to leadership and upper management
- Organize and maintain internal and external databases to support decision-making
- Perform costing analysis and develop pricing options for customer negotiations using multiple pricing scenarios
- Assist in developing and evaluating pricing strategies; analyze volume, profit potential, and market trends
- Build custom reports and analytics using Tableau and other BI tools; present findings to leadership
- Monitor customer performance by volume, revenue, and margin
- Identify gaps, trends, and inconsistencies in data; maintain internal and external databases
- Develop and maintain SOPs to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
- Respond to pricing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain or 2 years in an analytical role
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of transportation industry
- Highly motivated and accountable
- Very strong computer skills, Advanced Excel and Power BI
- Experience with SQL, SharePoint and Smartsheet a bonus
