Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Manager, eCommerce Logistics to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for an early career supply chain professional who thrives in a fast paced CPG environment and is eager to take ownership, build strong cross functional relationships, and drive operational excellence.
Reporting to the Senior Director, eCommerce Logistics, this individual will oversee the movement of finished goods between Open Farm distribution facilities and third-party partners. This role is critical in ensuring our products are delivered efficiently and accurately across e-commerce, wholesale, and distributor channels. It also provides the opportunity to work directly with internal and external stakeholders, building relationships and driving process improvements in a fast-growing consumer business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support finished goods movement from central Open Farm distribution facilities to e-commerce third party vendors including Amazon and direct to consumer warehouses
- Maintain replenishment models, demand metrics, NetSuite transfers, inventory reconciliation reports, upcoming subscription orders and month end reporting
- Manage relationship with distribution facilities and carriers to execute inbound / outbound transfers and fulfillment activities
- Manage relationship and be part of collaborative meetings with strategic partners in planning for promotions, process efficiencies and synergies between Open Farm & vendors/providers
- Support in cross border shipping, ensuring all import/export documents are up-to-date
- Develop, update and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics & warehouse processes
- Accurately track and maintain fill rate performance, storage costs, weeks on hand of inventory, and warehouse transfer costs
- Take initiative to improve workflows and minimize manual data entry
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of working experience in Operations or Logistics
- Good communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with senior management across numerous departments
- Sound relationship management with third party vendors
- Detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility and ownership of task
- Well-organized with good management of time and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel (functional knowledge and understanding of formulas)
- Experience working within Amazon Seller Central
- Familiarity with ERP systems (particularly NetSuite) – data management, report building
- Self-starter with the ability to manage workload independently and brings a continuous improvement mindset

At Open Farm, we believe in the power of collaboration, meaningful connections, and enjoying our work together—furry friends included! That’s why we’ve adopted a structured hybrid approach that allows you the benefit of a reduced commute while still building strong workplace relationships. Currently, all employees are expected to be in the office two days per week at minimum, with Tuesday and Thursday as our anchor days. In addition to this, each month our Leadership team dedicates three consecutive days onsite to continue to foster alignment and connection across the team. During this time we expect everyone to join us in person to do the same. Please note: our hybrid approach may evolve over time as we adapt to the needs of our team and business.
