Responsibilities:

  • Support our Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams with competitive pricing, in-depth performance analysis, and data-driven insights that directly impact our bottom line.
  • Ensure clean, accurate reporting flows directly to leadership and upper management
  • Organize and maintain internal and external databases to support decision-making
  • Perform costing analysis and develop pricing options for customer negotiations using multiple pricing scenarios
  • Assist in developing and evaluating pricing strategies; analyze volume, profit potential, and market trends
  • Build custom reports and analytics using Tableau and other BI tools; present findings to leadership
  • Monitor customer performance by volume, revenue, and margin
  • Identify gaps, trends, and inconsistencies in data; maintain internal and external databases
  • Develop and maintain SOPs to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
  • Respond to pricing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain or 2 years in an analytical role
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of transportation industry
  • Highly motivated and accountable
  • Very strong computer skills, Advanced Excel and Power BI
  • Experience with SQL, SharePoint and Smartsheet a bonus
