Shift: Rotating Schedule – Week 1: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Week 2: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Summary:

The Loaner Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end handling of loaner inventory, including receiving, tracking, preparing, and shipping medical devices and equipment to support customer and surgical case needs. This role ensures accurate inventory control through auditing and system updates, while coordinating shipping and return schedules to maintain product availability and optimize turnaround times. The Coordinator partners cross-functionally to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient movement of loaner assets, while maintaining organization, accuracy, and adherence to quality and operational procedures.

What You Will Do:

  • Accept and process loaner requests from Sales Coordinators, including timely execution of rush shipments in high-intensity situations

  • Communicate kit deviations and updates to Sales Coordinators and Sales Representatives as needed

  • Prepare shipments with all required documentation, including literature, samples, and promotional materials

  • Maintain loaner kits by managing replacements, assembling new kits, and ensuring overall readiness

  • Accurately track kit and item usage in the ERP system; report and escalate any receipt discrepancies

  • Perform daily and quarterly inventory counts; identify, segregate, and report expired, damaged, or non-compliant inventory

  • Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and promptly respond to RAQA product inquiries

  • Support departmental KPIs, continuous improvement initiatives, team/company meetings, and additional responsibilities as assigned

What you need:

Required:

  • 3 years’ relevant work experience in warehouse, inventory, medical and/or supply chain

  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:

  • Completed post-secondary education program

  


$51,500 - $68,650 CAD Annual
