Summary of Role
As Legal Counsel within our Manila-based Legal Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will act as a "bilingual" expert bridging the gap between traditional law and technology. You will split your time between architecting AI-powered contract solutions for global clients (80%) and providing core in-house legal support for our own business growth (20%).

Your Impact & What You'll Do
  • Create Legal Playbooks: Draft and refine the contract redlining rules that power our AI and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations.
  • Champion Legal Tech: Serve as the subject matter expert in client meetings, demonstrating how technology solves real-world legal and negotiation challenges.
  • Drive Innovation: Act as the "voice of the lawyer" for our tech teams, testing and providing feedback to improve our AI-powered legal tools.
  • Train Global Teams: Develop and lead training sessions on contract management and negotiation best practices for our international service teams.
  • Support In-House Legal: Manage our own client and supplier contracts, monitor compliance, and handle corporate governance matters.
Why You'll Thrive at Execo
  • Future-Proof Your Career: Master the fastest-growing segment of the industry by developing deep, hands-on expertise in Legal AI and CLM.
  • Global Impact: Create playbooks and training programs that are used by teams and high-profile clients across the globe.
  • Co-Creator Status: Work directly with developers to shape the technology you use, rather than just being an end-user.
  • Hybrid Growth: Balance external consulting with internal counsel duties to stay sharp, well-rounded, and commercially focused.
  • Prime Location: Work from our modern office in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Manila.
