The Lead QA Analyst is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process across projects, ensuring that solutions are tested thoroughly and meet business, functional, and technical requirements. This role leads test planning, test execution, defect management, and QA coordination across cross‑functional teams. The Lead QA Analyst acts as the central point of contact for quality standards, test strategy, and overall testing governance.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Quality Assurance Leadership
Lead end‑to‑end QA activities across multiple projects or releases.
Define and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Provide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to QA analysts and testers.
Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality is built into every stage of delivery.
Test Planning & Strategy
Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test schedules.
Identify testing scope, resource needs, timelines, and risks.
Ensure traceability between business requirements, test cases, and defects.
Define and implement manual and automated testing approaches as appropriate.
Test Execution & Defect Management
Oversee test case creation, execution, and documentation.
Drive defect triage, prioritization, and resolution with development and product teams.
Monitor test progress, report QA metrics, and provide visibility to leadership.
Validate that resolved defects meet acceptance criteria and do not create regressions.
Automation & Tools
Evaluate and recommend QA tools, frameworks, and automation solutions.
Support or lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated test suites.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests.
Quality Governance & Continuous Improvement
Conduct root‑cause analysis on defects and production issues to improve quality.
Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and repeatability of testing.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SDLC frameworks, and audit standards.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Required
5–8+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior QA role.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, UAT, performance, etc.).
Experience creating test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.
Proficiency with QA tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Postman).
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred
Experience with automation frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery.
Experience testing APIs, data workflows, or complex enterprise applications.
This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,500 - $119,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
