In this role, you will have a significant impact on our EFAB business unit by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our engineering processes. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems will be instrumental in meeting project deadlines and delivering high quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technicians and provide technical guidance and support
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of engineering processes
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure the quality and efficiency of engineering processes
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices
  • Meet project deadlines and deliver high quality results

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Diploma from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineering Technician or a related role
  • Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components
  • Experience leading a team of technicians
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

WE VALUE

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with CAD software and other engineering tools
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong ability to read fabrication drawings.

 

The annual base salary for this position starts at $63,600. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
