The Lead, Brand & Social plays a pivotal role in defining and amplifying our agency’s online presence. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to craft and implement innovative social media strategies that resonate with our target audience and reinforce our brand identity. As the primary driver of our social voice, you will oversee all aspects of content creation, community engagement, and brand consistency across diverse digital platforms, ensuring our messaging remains impactful and cohesive

What You'll Do Here:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization's overall branding objectives and business goals.
  • Ensure the consistent application of the organization's brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media channels.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar that outlines the publishing schedule, thematic content, and key milestones for the organization's social media channels.
  • Oversee the agency’s community management efforts, responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and advocates to amplify the organization's message and reach a broader audience.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns, derive insights from data, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of online engagement.
  • Manage and mentor a direct report, ensuring their professional growth and delivering team excellence.

You'll Need To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and branding, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, messaging strategy, and visual identity.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, and/or content creation tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social broadcast.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and the ability to identify suitable influencers for campaigns.
