Job Description

This role is responsible for the Central Switzerland (Central-CH) region and focuses on Gastroenterology.


Responsibilities :

Accountibilities


Account Management

  • Develop and execute strategic, insight-driven Key Account Plans.
  • Identify account needs, opportunities, and challenges to drive sustainable growth.
  • Deliver agreed objectives, KPIs, and activities within budget and timelines.
  • Ensure transparency of plans and progress within the account team and leadership.
  • Monitor account performance and adapt plans based on market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Gather and share customer, competitor, and market insights with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Act in full compliance with legal, ethical, and company requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and strategic accounts.
  • Understand stakeholder needs and co-create value-adding solutions that improve patient outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of innovative Takeda offerings and services.
  • Position Takeda as a trusted partner within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Provide appropriate support and education on Takeda's portfolio.

Operational Excellence

  • Prioritise and manage accounts based on business potential and patient impact.
  • Analyse territory performance, market developments, and customer trends.
  • Leverage analytics, dashboards, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Translate insights into strategic actions and measurable business outcomes.
  • Continuously improve execution and adapt to changing market conditions.

Experience & Education :


Required

  • Proven account management experience, ideally in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret territory data, dashboards, and business metrics.
  • Experience using data and customer insights to develop strategic actions and account plans.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
  • Very good German and English, written and spoken.

Preferred

  • Experience in Gastroenterology/IBD.
  • Experience in Dermatology.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.
  • Experience with CRM and analytics tools.

Base Salary Range:

CHF129,600.00 - CHF178,200.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
