Serve as the strategic HR partner for Takeda Canada, developing workforce, talent, succession, and organizational strategies. Lead transformation and change management, coach senior leaders, foster employee engagement and high performance, and represent HR in leadership forums. Build the Canadian HR community of practice, collaborate with People Solutions and Labor Relations teams, and champion digital HR innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Manages adoption, localization, and scaling of enterprise data products for Takeda Canada. Leads solution-agnostic requirements discovery, business analysis, process and data mapping, and root-cause assessment. Translates analytics outputs into actionable business insights, develops Power BI dashboards, supports data quality and governance, and partners with global delivery, engineering, data science, and commercial stakeholders. Drives product adoption, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across pharmaceutical commercial data initiatives.

Leads digital customer experience enablement across Canada, driving adoption and optimization of omnichannel engagement, content management, MarTech, CRM, web, and AI-enabled capabilities. Partners with Commercial, Medical, Marketing Operations, and technology teams to improve customer engagement, content reuse, data readiness, platform interoperability, and business outcomes. Identifies capability gaps, supports training and troubleshooting, gathers market feedback, and promotes continuous improvement within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Owns Takeda Canada's data roadmap, governance, stewardship, quality monitoring, documentation, and integration into enterprise data platforms and customer data systems. The role leads master data management, data quality remediation, standards alignment, source onboarding, consent controls, and data flow validation. It partners with business, technology, vendors, and delivery teams to enable analytics and business use cases, while improving data fluency through training, playbooks, and stakeholder support.

Leads Canada’s migration, deployment, adoption, governance, configuration, compliance, and optimization of CRM and CXF customer engagement platforms. Owns platform releases, integrations, access management, data privacy, consent processes, operational support, and interoperability with content and analytics systems. Partners with Medical, Commercial, Marketing, Enterprise DD&T, and global teams to translate business needs into technology requirements, drive change management, improve data quality, and support AI-enabled CRM capabilities.

Leads commercial operating cadence, governance, planning, performance reviews, decision accountability, and cross-functional launch readiness for Takeda Canada. Coordinates integrated plans, workstreams, milestones, risks, dependencies, and leadership forums while translating data into decision-ready recommendations. Partners across commercial, analytics, marketing, sales, compliance, medical, legal, and regulatory teams. Drives operational improvement, responsible AI and automation adoption, compliance coordination, and execution follow-through across complex, matrixed initiatives.
