The Commercial Finance Business Partner provides senior financial partnership to commercial leaders, leading planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, business cases, profitability analysis, pricing and investment evaluations. The role translates financial and operational data into actionable insights, challenges assumptions, identifies risks, supports resource allocation, and drives performance interventions. It coordinates cross-functional workstreams, develops leadership narratives, mentors finance partners, and improves decision support through digital and AI-enabled tools.

Serve as the strategic HR partner for Takeda Canada, developing workforce, talent, succession, and organizational strategies. Lead transformation and change management, coach senior leaders, foster employee engagement and high performance, and represent HR in leadership forums. Build the Canadian HR community of practice, collaborate with People Solutions and Labor Relations teams, and champion digital HR innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Manages adoption, localization, and scaling of enterprise data products for Takeda Canada. Leads solution-agnostic requirements discovery, business analysis, process and data mapping, and root-cause assessment. Translates analytics outputs into actionable business insights, develops Power BI dashboards, supports data quality and governance, and partners with global delivery, engineering, data science, and commercial stakeholders. Drives product adoption, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across pharmaceutical commercial data initiatives.
