The Junior Marketing Representative will assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, communicate with consumers to market telecommunications solutions, and support the account management team with evaluations and recommendations. We are looking for a Junior Marketing Representative who will grow to handle all aspects of marketing campaign creation, execution, as well as direct communication with local consumers. This individual will ultimately be responsible for accurately setting up direct marketing campaigns and connecting consumers to brands through personalized interactions. Success is measured by the ability to accurately execute these marketing campaigns for a telecommunications program across the Ontario, California area.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with consumers and market telecommunications solutions on behalf of the client
- Learn how to implement, drive, and oversee direct marketing and advertising campaigns
- Maintain knowledge of marketing strategies through regular attendance of training seminars
- Assist in the evaluation of new clients and campaigns
- Identify opportunities and deliver recommendations to the account management team
- Work independently with guidance from management regarding overall goals & objectives
- Maintain overall success of clients campaign
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 4-year degree in Marketing or related discipline is preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years' of experience or a related internship is a plus
- General knowledge of marketing strategies or interest to learn more
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
