Our Canadian team is currently seeking individuals to join as Independent Contractors.
Interested individuals are brought on to complete specific project related tasks when the team needs additional support. They will then invoice the company for the agreed hours worked and hourly rate as per the contractor agreement.
What you can expect to be doing:
- Understand and address business needs/issues of respective clients.
- Manage multiple survey-based market research projects at once, within timeline and budgets, including working closely with colleagues in our operations groups to oversee all components of projects.
- Design questionnaires and plan analyses.
- Analyze data and draw conclusions; prepare reports; make recommendations based on the insights that address the client’s business needs.
This might be the job for you if you have:
- Years of relevant experience (supplier side market research preferred).
- Available week days during North American business hours.
- Requires strong quantitative, research, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to turn data into insights through analysis and storytelling.
- Must be self-motivated and entrepreneurial (i.e., ability to think independently).
- Intellectually curious with a desire to better understand the “why” behind the data.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree required – market research, marketing, and/or business coursework/programs are an asset.
In accordance with Ontario & British Columbia law, the estimated hourly salary for this role is $40 - $80/hour CAD. Your final salary will be determined based on several non-discrimatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
