Manage qualitative market research projects from proposal through insights delivery for Canadian clients. Develop proposals, coordinate research teams, manage timelines and client needs, moderate studies, support client development, and contribute to qualitative analysis, reporting, storytelling, and presentations. The role may also supervise and mentor Account Managers or Research Analysts while collaborating with quantitative divisions and using AI and LLM tools.

Conduct telephone market research surveys with respondents in the United States and Canada, recruit panel members, record responses accurately, and assist with portal access and technical inquiries. The role requires professional customer service, efficient task management, collaboration with research teams, bilingual English and Spanish communication, and a flexible schedule including weekend shifts. This is a remote position requiring a private workspace, compatible Windows computer, reliable internet, and telephone equipment.
