What is it like to be an Identity Access Management Analyst at Northbridge Financial

As a Junior IAM Analyst, you will be jointly responsible to carry out daily identity and access management tasks and processes to ensure security and compliance for the organization. The individual will assist users across departments navigate identity related processes and be committed to protect the organization’s IT network(s) and system(s). Your primary responsibilities will include supporting operational activities by leveraging identity governance, single sign-on and authentication/MFA.

If you are great at:

  • Provision access to applications (including 3rd party), systems and legacy applications in a timely fashion while adhering to strict SLAs.
  • Perform tasks pertaining to identity lifecycle management including joiner, leaver and mover and their related steps for a complete onboarding and offboarding customer experience.
  • Support Single Sign-On (SSO) applications while understanding MFA solutions.
  • Create and manage various types of user objects on both on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (cloud).
  • Able to identity access related issues and work towards resolving them, often involving collaboration with other departments.
  • Understand and adapt to the changes made to applications and systems as part of BAU process.
  • Maintain and update documentation for IAM processes, workflows and system configurations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

If you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in Identity and Access Management or a relevant IT field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience on IAM systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Microsoft Exchange
  • Strong knowledge of IAM technologies including Single Sign-On, MFA, access control and identity governance tools.
  • In depth knowledge and experience on LDAP framework.
  • Experience and familiar with Service Now ITIL framework.
  • Understanding of Enterprise Architecture within a large-scale IT landscape.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately resolve day-to-day tasks and multi-task with competing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to both work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent team player and be willing to contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Strong professional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to explain IAM related issues to non-technical business stakeholders and end users.

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The annualized base salary range for this role is $62,000 - $92,000, which reflects the expected base pay or – not the total compensation package, if applicable. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
