Why this job’s a big deal:

As a Junior Ad Ops Specialist, you'll own the operational execution that keeps Priceline's advertising programs running smoothly. From campaign setup and quality assurance to reporting and optimization, you'll ensure every detail is executed accurately while partnering with cross-functional teams to solve problems, improve processes, and deliver results that drive business growth while gaining hands-on experience across the campaign lifecycle while building the skills needed for continued career growth within Ad Operations.

In this role you will get to:

  • Own end-to-end Ad Ops execution for Priceline campaigns, from intake through launch and in-flight optimization.

  • Execute trafficking across ad platforms (e.g., GAM) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), including static banner setup, third-party tag implementation, targeting, tracking, and pacing.

  • Support billing alignment by creating billing sheets.

  • Provide reporting support, including campaign optimizations, recurring monthly performance analysis and ad hoc data requests.

  • Perform QA to ensure campaigns are set up and running correctly (targeting, flighting, creative rotation and pricing).

  • Manage screenshots, mock-ups for client approval, and proof-of-performance requests.

  • Build and maintain campaign landing pages in CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful), ensuring accuracy and user experience.

  • Coordinate workflows across teams, manage requests, answer stakeholder questions, and handle escalations to resolution.

  • Drive process improvement and documentation, standardizing workflows, reducing rework, and enabling scalable operations

  • Develop your Ad Operations expertise through hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of digital advertising platforms and technologies.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field required

  • A minimum of one-two years of experience in related field

  • Foundational Ad Operations knowledge with experience or exposure to trafficking, QA, and reporting in at least one major ad server (e.g., Google Ad Manager) or similar platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail and quality mindset; you are comfortable owning high-volume, business-critical workflows with minimal error tolerance.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, translating business goals into operational execution.

  • Comfort operating in a high-volume, recurring task environment, prioritizing tasks based on business impact and urgency effectively and keeping multiple workstreams organized.

  • A process-oriented mindset with a track record of documenting workflows, reducing friction, and improving SLAs over time.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly explain issues, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline:  Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.

  • The Right Results, the Right Way is not just a motto at Priceline; it’s a way of life. Unquestionable integrity and ethics is essential.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is CAD $50,000-$60,000.
