Job Overview:

We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a demanding atmosphere and work brilliantly in a team environment, but equally, you are at home

This role will be based in the Los Angeles/Brooklyn area, with expectation of three days a week of in-office work, and additional in-person coverage of events as needed.

●    Execute visually appealing and compelling design requests to support the needs of the company, primarily static assets for social media channels on Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. Ensure assets are optimized for each platform.

●    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

●    Manage your time in a smart and efficient manner, clearly communicating with your manager ensuring everyone is on the same page at all touch points of the project.

●    Work simultaneously on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

●    Ideal candidate will also have the ability to create compelling digital and social content from start to finish.

Who You Are:

●    4+ years of experience developing the types of digital creative assets described above.

●    Is a conceptual visual storyteller

●   Passionate about all forms of design and visual art

●    Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud

●    Have knowledge in working with Ai tools

●    Efficiently combine creativity, graphic design, functionality and technology to create impactful and eye-catching visual communications

●    Has a strong foundation in typography and graphic design fundamentals

●    Immersive knowledge of the latest cultural, industry, and design trends

●    Has the ability to work closely with the production team in pre-production, content creation, preparation, and roll-out of final art files

●    Present work internally to team, and substantiate creative decisions, and take feedback constructively.

●    A strong knowledge of leading social platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok) and the features each platform offers and can be leveraged to produce engaging work

●    Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard, but flexible, hours when necessary to support workflow demands and live events (nights and weekends), anticipating issues.

●    Ability to think creatively and drive innovation.

●    Works independently and manages time efficiently in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment

●    Ability to maneuver through tight turnarounds through sound multi-tasking and prioritization skills
