***This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Oshawa Elevation Centre, three times per week at minimum.*** The Retail Incentive Specialist is a crucial member of the 'Go to Market' Retail Excellence Team. This role is the primary source of communication to the Dealer Network for all incentive programs and works closely with each marketing team to develop programs that create excitement in the marketplace but are simple to understand and execute.Manage all aspects of Home Office Letter CommunicationsManage Assistant Incentive Specialist (direct report) as part of daily operationsWorks with a high level of confidentialityParticipate in confidential retail planning discussions regarding incentive development and go to market strategiesIntegrate with various stakeholders including brand teams, digital teams, and financial partners to ensure incentive executionLiaise with various people in the organization to ensure HOL compliance with all audit requirements: Legal / Dealer Org / Brand Teams / Finance / Leadership / CCAManage authoring for all HOLs in English French/ Publish and communicate HOLs to GM internals and DealersInteract with all levels of field staff to resolve Dealer questions and concernsMeet critical daily /monthly program timelinesProvide guidance and clarification to BARS and Regional Staff on marketing program and vehicle incentivesMaintains HOL Home page Incentive Offer Management System (IOM): system of record for all incentive programsAttend daily/weekly calls as required to maintain/test current and next buildAttend after hours testing meetings with the AutoData teamPrimary Canadian business representative for incentive authoringWork with developers to create solutions for authoring and delivering incentive messages in a bilingual marketEnsured system compliance with all Canadian audit requirementMaintain and test incentives in IOM enabled Apps on GC such as Vin Lookup tool and Search Programs (IOM enabled Apps) on GCSupport all stakeholders in triaging issues with various integrationsKey contact for CONNECT project, ensuring Canadian incentive requirements are met and participating in testing of the new toolAssist with Special ProjectsSupports the execution of MAB meetings (Marketing Advisory Board)Creating efficiencies with Dealer CommunicationsProviding training for new Field Staff and Digital StaffSupport additional projects as needed
