The Opportunity

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, selection, and offer process
  • You will be responsible for managing a large number of job openings at any one time and will manage a high volume of candidates as they move through the recruitment process
  • Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify candidates for various technical roles with our client groups through in-depth interviews
  • Maintains strong relationships with internal clients as well as the external candidate pipeline
  • You will also partner with the delivery team to stay ahead of current and future requirements
  • Be a part of building and executing long and short-term strategies to build talent pipelines
  • Assist as required with administration duties related to reporting and onboarding of new hires, following up with hiring managers for interview feedback, and ensuring the feedback is communicated back to the candidates

Skills and Experience

  • 2-3 years High volume headhunting experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Highly tech-savvy with experience working with ATS systems (greenhouse experience an asset)
  • Experience in cold calling and sourcing candidates in a confidential manner
  • Proven track record in identifying, interviewing, and qualifying senior & strategic talent
  • Self-starter with autonomy and initiative
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, quickly responding to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure generated by short deadlines
  • Team player with a high sense of urgency and the ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail

Compensation at Greenlight is determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, market benchmarks, and internal equity. The expected salary range for this role is $50,000–$65,000 CAD and may include base and variable compensation depending on the position. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, retirement savings options, paid time off, and wellness programs.
