Serve as the bridge between client problems and automation/AI solutions: lead discovery workshops, produce PDDs and agent specs, design prompts and evaluation frameworks, scope solutions, coordinate UAT and training, and support delivery across 2–3 engagements concurrently.

Build production-grade UiPath automations and Claude-powered AI agent workflows, integrate with enterprise systems (APIs, ERPs, CRMs), write custom Python/JS/C# components, create reusable libraries, run unit tests and UAT, and participate in two-week agile sprints to deliver and stabilize automation solutions.

Own the Insurance vertical to generate pipeline, acquire new customers, and close enterprise technology consulting deals. Build partner co-sell relationships, lead full sales cycles, partner with delivery to scope solutions and upsell existing accounts, represent Greenlight at events, and maintain rigorous Salesforce CRM discipline and sales activity reporting.
