Owns client relationships, commercial governance, delivery cadence, and value realization across multiple AI and automation engagements. The role oversees scope, change control, risks, schedules, stakeholder communication, team capacity, quality reviews, go-live, and expansion opportunities. Candidates must understand AI agents, LLM outputs, RPA, and automation architecture well enough to manage technical delivery and executive conversations without building solutions directly.

Serve as the bridge between client problems and automation/AI solutions: lead discovery workshops, produce PDDs and agent specs, design prompts and evaluation frameworks, scope solutions, coordinate UAT and training, and support delivery across 2–3 engagements concurrently.

Build production-grade UiPath automations and Claude-powered AI agent workflows, integrate with enterprise systems (APIs, ERPs, CRMs), write custom Python/JS/C# components, create reusable libraries, run unit tests and UAT, and participate in two-week agile sprints to deliver and stabilize automation solutions.
