Senior Scrum Master - Salesforce

This role is an onsite / hybrid role based at any of the Shift4 core locations: Center Valley, PA (HQ), Las Vegas, NV, Tampa, FL, Morrisville, NC, and Atlanta, GA. Relocation assistance may be available. 


Responsibilities:

Shift4 is expanding globally and seeking highly skilled Salesforce Scrum Masters to join our dynamic Salesforce team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our agile development process, facilitating communication and collaboration among team members, and ensuring that our Salesforce projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. 

  • Facilitate and lead daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
  • Ensure that the team adheres to agile principles and practices, remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
  • Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices and principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of project deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve team performance by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Salesforce environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Info Tech or related technical field or experience in lieu of a degree.
