The Project Coordinator for Inventory Services plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating all aspects of inventory-related projects within the Inventory Services Team. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient project management, attention to detail, supporting our Customer Engagement Team and the overall success of the Inventory Services Team to positively impact patient care. Duties and responsibilities:
• Coordinates team members across Inventory Services and the client to ensure project activities are completed according to the schedule. Where necessary, removes barriers to the successful completion of the overall project. Uses project scheduling and control tools to monitor progress to plan, hours and budget.
• Acts as a liaison between different departments within the Inventory Services Teams.
• Maintains accurate project documentation, plans and reports. Generate reports utilizing Excel and pivot tables to assist in identifying issues requiring attention.
• Reviews Inventory reports for accuracy and works with customers to ensure all necessary information for Customer Engagement Team is received.
• Escalates coordination issues that cannot be resolved to leadership or any issue that may impact client satisfaction.
• Attends client coordination calls and prepares minutes and action lists as follow up to those calls. Tracks action items to ensure timely execution.
• Continuously evaluates and improves project coordination processes to enhance efficiencies and shares ideas for improving internal processes with a positive and constructive attitude in line with the GHX values.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of experience working on project teams either in a leadership role or as a team contributor.
• Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills while demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and self-motivated to learn new technology.
• Significant experience with SalesForce, MS Excel, MS Word, SharePoint and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Solid analytical and qualitative reasoning skills.
Estimated salary range: $55,000- $68,000
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
