About the Role

 Key Responsibilities

• Support security tools and infrastructure, including maintenance and deployment of new solutions
• Collect and assess information for proposed changes
• Associate related CIs, incidents, and services with change requests
• Provide regular status updates to technology teams, business leaders, and stakeholders
• Review and plan change requests, including scheduling, risk/impact assessment, task sequencing, and resource allocation
• Monitor in-progress tasks and validate outcomes during the implementation stage
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and confirm requester satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or cyber security with exposure to change management processes
• Strong understanding of ITIL-based change management and governance practices
• Proven ability to plan and govern change activities effectively
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Demonstrated adaptability, efficiency, and organizational ability
• Risk management and negotiation capabilities
• Effective communication skills Department Context The role sits within a large IT Operations function that manages end-to-end lifecycle activities for infrastructure components. This includes installation, maintenance, decommissioning, system performance monitoring, capacity and availability management, migration, release management, and deployment support. The environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to work across technology and business teams while ensuring 24/7 operational continuities
