Role Overview 

As an intern in the Head Office team, you will gain hands-on experience supporting key initiatives and day-to-day operations. You will contribute to achieving corporate goals while developing your skills in business leadership (providing insights to Management and Leadership across the head office function, providing data and business analysis, reporting, operational reviews, and short/long-term planning support). 

  

What you will be doing 

  • Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual planning efforts 

  • Work with data to identify insight into business trends and analyses 

  • Work cross functionally with aligned team members 

  • Help generate actionable commentary for inclusion in the Management Operating Review, building confidence with Management relating to financial results, forecasts, variances, etc. 

  

What We Are Looking For 

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field of study. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to deal with problems and ability to translate data into actionable present recommendations and findings in a clear, concise format 

  • Strong analytical skills 

  

The hiring base salary range for this position is $42,328 - $46,176 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.    

 

Role Details 

  • Job Type: Internship/Co-op 

  • Contract Length: 4 months
