Job Description

As part of the Fan Services team you will collaborate with the fan engagement and marketing team departments at MLSE, to support the development and implementation of digital initiatives focused on defining and activating the fan experience identity across MLSE’s fan-facing venues (Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, Coca-Cola Coliseum), including in-venue digital storytelling and content, checklist/brand guide creation, and seamless integration with the Fan Access initiative to build fan readiness and community connection as part of MLSE’s broader strategy.

MLSE's Internship term dates are from September 8, 2026 - December 18, 2026

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with fan services, marketing, creative, and venue stakeholders to identify digital storytelling and identity needs, create fan experience guidelines, brand playbooks and content briefs, and coordinate the resourcing to build cohesive documentation and assets.
  • Assist in establishing clearly defined “fan experience identity” standards for in-venue digital touchpoints and activations to ensure consistent implementation through detailed content calendars, templates, and checklists, leveraging analytics tools for tracking engagement with the Fan Access program.
  • Coordinate the creation, development and maintaining of a venue-specific fan engagement & Fan Access calendar, aligning with events, activations, training, and broader organizational requirements.
  • Support the creation and refinement of training resources, including digital SOPs, brand guidelines, graphics, and short-form training videos, collaborating with production and branding teams.
  • Assist in defining ownership and tracking methods for digital fan assets, venue content libraries, and Fan Access integration points to optimize engagement and efficiency across Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, and Coca-Cola Coliseum.
  • Engage in updating and reviewing fan-facing digital guides, content playbooks, and performance documentation, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with MLSE’s Downtown Campus venues and overall fan strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in digital marketing, communications, business, sports management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools (content creation, social platforms, analytics).
  • Genuine interest in sports/entertainment marketing, venue fan experiences, digital storytelling, community building, and initiatives such as Fan Access.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
