What you will accomplish with us
As an Intern – IT Analyst, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Documenting the business rules governing the operation of the FNA calculation engine;
  • Creating and maintaining functional and up-to-date documentation;
  • Conducting rigorous analyses that are well documented and based on data and expert consultations;
  • Contributing to the implementation of business solutions and optimized processes;
  • Developing testing strategies and participating in testing activities across different testing phases;
  • Gathering and incorporating stakeholder feedback to improve deliverables;
  • Collaborating closely with Business teams (SMEs, BOs, etc.), Product Owners, and various technology teams within the ecosystem.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MIS profile), Actuarial Science, or Finance and must complete a credited internship in Winter 2027;
  • Is recognized for strong communication and knowledge-sharing abilities;
  • Stands out for their attention to detail and rigor;
  • Demonstrates advanced Excel skills;
  • Has an interest in taxation concepts;
  • Is comfortable with mathematical concepts;
  • Has an interest in seeking out and validating information beyond the immediate team (other teams within the company, external sources, or other resources).
