We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Customer Education team. In this role, you will be a key player in developing high-quality learning content for the Pigment Academy that helps our customers master our business planning and performance management software. You will work closely with subject matter experts to design and deliver engaging, effective learning experiences, influencing customer adoption and empowering our customers to unlock the full potential of our platform.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategize and design comprehensive customer learning programs and certifications for the Pigment Academy by collaborating closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders.

  • Become a Pigment expert and apply core adult learning principles to develop and deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences across multiple modalities, including e-learning, video, and interactive courses.

  • Partner effectively with SMEs to translate their deep product knowledge into clear, accessible customer learning content.

  • Manage the end-to-end instructional design lifecycle, from conducting needs analyses and identifying content gaps to developing assessments and evaluating program effectiveness based on business goals.

  • Champion content excellence by staying up-to-date with product releases to ensure all customer learning materials reflect the latest features and innovations.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching the latest trends in learning and development, including AI-powered technologies, to enhance our learning offerings and your own expertise.

  • Thrive in our fast-paced environment by effectively managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work on schedule.
