We’re Looking For: We are seeking an Independent Account Executive with experience in high-volume outbound calling and relationship building. You will be part of a Sales team responsible for actively getting new business as well as fallout and low penetration business. You will be involved in daily prospecting and managing your sales pipeline. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in consultative selling. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales.

You Will:

  • Make 50+ outbound phone calls per day to prospect and generate new business.

  • Actively source and secure new business opportunities to build a robust pipeline.

  • Manage the top of the sales funnel, effectively qualifying leads and converting prospect interest into new platform registrations.

  • Navigate sales conversations effectively, overcoming objections and thinking on your feet.

  • Manage client interactions and conduct virtual meetings using Zoom.

  • Track all sales activities and pipeline progression accurately in Salesforce (SFDC).

Who You Will Work With: Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, this role will collaborate with the Account Management and Outside Sales team on a regular basis to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Where you work: Your work is performed as a hybrid employee located at one of our existing Vehicle Logistic Centers.

Must Have’s:

  • 2+ Years of Business Development or SaaS Inside Sales experience.

  • Proven ability and willingness to make 50+ outbound phone calls daily.

  • Strong comfort level and proficiency using Salesforce (SFDC) and Zoom.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills - capable of managing a high volume of leads without letting prospects slip through the cracks.

  • Track record of actively acquiring new business.

Nice to Have’s:

  • Experience selling in the automotive industry.

  • Additional sales certifications or training.

    Hourly: $20.21 - $26.25 CAD
