We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative with experience in maintaining and increasing dealer consignment and purchase activity. You will be part of an Inside Sales team responsible for driving sales growth and providing excellent customer experiences on all OPENLANE platforms. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your sales expertise and contribute to revenue generation.

You Will:

  • Increase dealer selling behavior and market penetration on all OPENLANE Remarketing platforms in the assigned region.

  • Maintain 100% compliance with Zoom and Salesforce utilization for accounts in your assigned book of business.

  • Re-engage and reactivate fallout sellers for OPENLANE.

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers so as to become a trusted advisor to their business.

  • Build strong relationships with outside sales team members so as to become a trusted strategic partner.

  • Handle and close all at auction and digital if-bids, ensuring a high-level conversion rate.

  • Drive dealer sales growth by utilizing OPENLANE technology tools, implementing strategic ideas, and selling at auction ancillary services.

Who You Will Work With:

Reporting to the Regional Inside Sales Manager, this role will collaborate with the Dealer Relations and Outside Sales teams on a regular basis to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Must-Haves:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience within a related field.

  • A good understanding of methods for promoting and selling products and services.

  • A valid driver's license in the province of employment.

  • Proficiency in Google Products and computer skills.

Nice to Have's:

  • Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

  • Comfortable negotiating regularly with both buyers and sellers

  • Additional sales certifications or training.

  • Familiarity with the automotive industry.

Compensation Range of

Hourly: $25.00 - $25.00

(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)

Bonus Range

Target Bonus Range: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 CAD Monthly
