Our Canadian team is currently seeking individuals to join as Independent Contractors. 

Interested individuals are brought on to complete specific project related tasks when the team needs additional support.  They will then invoice the Company for the agreed hours worked and hourly rate as per the contractor agreement.

Independent Contractors are assigned at the project level and will ideally have experience handling and managing projects on both Sassie and Shopmetrics (SMX).

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Working under the direction of a Field Manager/Field Coordinators to ensure all work is completed on time, in full, and error free. 
  • Utilize Sassie and/or SMX to optimize shop allocation.
  • Coordinate schedules for Mystery Shoppers, including following up with overdue shoppers, reposting declines, and sending out targeted and/or bonus emails
  • Respond to shopper’s project related questions and support them in the successful execution of their shop.
  • Work with internal Client Success (CS) team to ensure successful execution of each project.
  • Replacing and/or returning shops flagged by validation or CS. Follow-up with shops that are not resubmitted after a return

This is the profile of our ideal candidate:

  • Available 30–40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, during North American business hours.
  • Proactive, adaptable self-starter with strong time management skills.
  • Initiates and applies critical thinking to solve problems independently.
  • Excels in fast-paced environments, maintaining high quality and focus, while collaboratively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Highly efficient in Excel, with hands-on experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) to manage databases and daily reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse personalities and perspectives.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Committed to high ethical standards and workplace diversity.
  • Proficient in English written and verbal communication; French fluency is an asset.
  • Experience with SMX or SASSIE platforms is an asset.

In accordance with Ontario & British Columbia law, the estimated hourly salary for this role is $25 - $27/hour. Your final salary will be determined based on several non-discrimatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
