About us

inBeat is a creative growth agency, now part of the Fieldtrip group. We make creator content at serious volume for brands like Bumble, Miro, Hurom, and NielsenIQ, and we tie every piece of it back to performance data. Small autonomous teams, fast pace, no layers of approval between you and the work.

Why this role exists

This is a full-time, fully remote position that allows work from anywhere/everywhere in the world.

Organic social keeps landing on our plate. Clients hire us for UGC and paid, then ask us to run their organic channels too. Without really trying, it's grown into a business line closing in on seven figures. No dedicated lead, no playbook, no team behind it yet. That's the job.

You'd be employee one of this department. Nothing to inherit. You build the offer, the processes, the team, and the client results that let us scale it.

What you’ll do
  • Run our current organic accounts yourself for the first few months. Strategy, content direction, posting cadence, reporting. You build the department by doing the work first.

  • Design how we deliver: recurring creator pods, weekly posting systems, repurposing our UGC and paid assets for organic. Systems that put out volume every week without heroics.

  • Package the offer. Scopes, rate cards, and audits we can sell more than once.

  • Hire strategists, producers, and editors as the book grows, and lead them well.

  • Own the numbers. Report on organic the way a performance marketer would: growth, engagement, and what it feeds into paid. Our clients are performance people and they can smell a vanity metric a mile away.

  • Work with sales and account teams on pitches, audits, and upsells. Organic is our fastest growing expansion motion with existing clients, so you'll be in the room a lot.

Who you are
  • Think internal social team: marketers who make their own content. You know hooks, formats, angles, and edit pacing, and you can read a dashboard and change course when the data tells you to.

  • You live on these platforms. You know which trends, sounds, and formats are peaking and which are already dead, and you can turn a cultural moment into brand-appropriate content in days. Reactive, culture-led content is a big part of how we win.

  • You've run organic social with your own hands, at a lean in-house team or an agency, and grown accounts yourself rather than managed people who did.

  • Lead level, not big-company senior. We don't care if you've never run a 20 person team. We care that you've set creative direction, shipped daily, and want to build a department around what works.

  • Comfortable with creators: briefing them, directing them, and building repeatable systems around UGC talent.

  • Fine with ambiguity. There's no machine to operate here yet. You're building it.

  • Bonus points if you have agency experience across several brands at once, or enough paid social fluency to make organic and paid feed each other.

This role is not for you if
  • You want to set strategy and hand off execution from day one.

  • Your background is brand identity and polished campaigns rather than social-first content.

  • You need a finished playbook to operate. There isn't one. Writing it is the job.

What success looks like
  • 90 days: current accounts run on a clear system and show real momentum. The offer and packages exist.

  • 6 months: first hires made. New organic retainers signed with existing clients. One reporting standard across accounts.

  • 12 months: a profitable organic social department with its own playbook, team, and pipeline.

Why join us?
  • Unlimited Time Off & Sick Days

  • Flexible hours

  • Fully remote (with the possibility to work from anywhere)

  • Reports to inBeat leadership.

  • We want this filled fast. It's a priority search, so if this sounds like you, apply and we will move quickly.
