Leads multiple SaaS implementation projects from scoping through deployment. Responsibilities include planning schedules, managing milestones, risks, and deliverables, translating client needs into platform requirements, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, supporting adoption, documenting projects, and collaborating with developers and designers to enhance platform features.
Our Professional Services team partners with our customers to design, build and launch our employee recognition and rewards platform. As an Implementation Analyst, you’ll play a key role in turning vision into reality by partnering with customers to design, build, and launch solutions that drive real impact. You’ll lead multiple implementations, collaborate across teams, and help customers achieve their goals from day one. How you'll shape SaaS Implementations at Achievers:
- Act as the project lead for multiple implementation projects concurrently
- Scope, plan and manage progress against the plan (set up weekly meetings, manage deliverables/milestones, escalate risks and issues, propose new solutions to ensure project delivery)
- Translate client needs into technical/functional requirements of the platform
- Rapidly execute projects within 2-4 months from end to end
- Build and execute on communication plan to support program implementation and user adoption
- Work cross functionally to effectively guide projects from concept to deployment with both internal Achievers resources and external client resources.
- Utilize tracking and reporting tools to ensure effective project documentation, knowledge transfer, and business continuity
- Liaise with developers and designers to enhance site features as required
Experience we feel will set you up for success:
- Experience in a software implementation role, preferably SaaS
- Demonstrated evidence of rapid execution of concurrent short term projects
- Experience with configuring and implementing software applications
- Experience managing and resolving risks and issues
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and proposing new strategies to ensure project delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of people
- Ability to assess complex situations and facilitate solutions in a collaborative manner
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability and drive
- Evidence of effective multi-tasking, ability to manage complex and tight project schedules
- University degree in a related field
