Leads multiple SaaS implementation projects from scoping through deployment. Responsibilities include planning schedules, managing milestones, risks, and deliverables, translating client needs into platform requirements, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, supporting adoption, documenting projects, and collaborating with developers and designers to enhance platform features.

Lead and execute the global indirect tax program for a growing SaaS company, overseeing compliance, audits, tax technology (Avalara/ERP), tax guidance for products and expansions, process improvements, and day-to-day supervision of an Indirect Tax Analyst. Partner cross-functionally and with external advisors to manage filings, respond to audits, and apply practical tax recommendations supporting business objectives.

Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices for reporting, analytics, data export and data-driven features. Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams, implement APIs for BI tools, ensure data quality/governance, participate in design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and support agile delivery.

Lead architecture and implementation of scalable analytics, reporting, and AI-driven data intelligence capabilities. Lead design, build, and maintenance of User Domain and HRIS integration services handling millions of user records. Architect scalable, secure microservices, mentor engineers, own features end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve performance, reliability, and tooling.

Lead strategy and delivery for Milestone and Celebration experiences across web and mobile. Set roadmap with a Product Designer and Lead Engineer, use data and experiments to drive engagement, improve milestone detection and automation, ensure global localization and HRIS integrations, partner with enterprise customers, and mentor other product managers.

Own the global Marketplace P&L and forecasting; build predictive and enhancement models; perform margin, cohort, and share-of-wallet analyses; create dashboards and executive KPI reporting; support NRR/ARR forecasting; partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Merchandising, Product, Accounting, and BI; standardize data workflows and improve analytical infrastructure.
