Leads the architecture, development, and operation of scalable analytics, reporting, and AI-driven data intelligence services. The role drives technical direction, mentors engineers, owns complex initiatives end to end, and establishes engineering standards. Responsibilities include building distributed microservices, optimizing performance and reliability, implementing data quality and testing frameworks, collaborating cross-functionally, and using Python, Go, Kubernetes, GCP, and related technologies to support large-scale workloads.

Administer Canadian and US bi-weekly payrolls, including multi-state tax reconciliations, remittances, year-end filings, journal entries, audits, and government notices. Own Canadian and US benefits administration, including enrollments, invoices, RRSP and 401(k) reconciliations, renewals, and employee support. Provide backup for global payroll and benefits programs, maintain SOPs, communicate payroll impacts, and lead benefits sessions.

Design web and mobile experiences for Campaigns and Recognition products. Collaborate with product managers and engineers, conduct user research and usability testing, create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and interface content, and contribute to the design system. Apply accessibility and inclusive design principles, analyze product analytics, facilitate team decisions, and suggest improvements within an agile product development environment.
