Leads multiple SaaS implementation projects from scoping through deployment. Responsibilities include planning schedules, managing milestones, risks, and deliverables, translating client needs into platform requirements, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, supporting adoption, documenting projects, and collaborating with developers and designers to enhance platform features.

Independently leads medium-to-large cross-functional technical programs from planning through delivery. Builds integrated plans, manages schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, governance, metrics, and communications, and drives accountability across engineering and business teams. Applies Agile practices, facilitates stakeholder alignment, resolves delivery issues, and escalates risks. Contributes to continuous improvement by identifying execution gaps, sharing lessons learned, and helping teams adopt effective program management processes.

Own full-cycle recruitment across departments, partnering with hiring managers to define needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding. Build pipelines through outreach, events, referrals, and professional networks while delivering a strong candidate experience. Manage multiple requisitions, track recruiting data, support employer branding, and contribute to projects that improve talent acquisition efficiency and employee experience.
