Designs and scales technical enablement programs for solutions consulting, sales, and post-sales teams. Responsibilities include developing onboarding tracks, hands-on labs, playbooks, certifications, solution architecture guides, and launch-readiness programs. The role partners with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Sales, manages technical kickoffs and summits, supports enablement infrastructure, measures program impact, develops coaching networks, and uses AI to expand learning reach.

Own the global Marketplace P&L and forecasting; build predictive and enhancement models; perform margin, cohort, and share-of-wallet analyses; create dashboards and executive KPI reporting; support NRR/ARR forecasting; partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Merchandising, Product, Accounting, and BI; standardize data workflows and improve analytical infrastructure.

Lead design and implementation of foundational platform components (authentication, API gateways, interservice communication, caching, shared libraries). Mentor engineers, drive cross-team alignment on architecture, own features end-to-end, improve developer experience, and ensure high availability, performance, and security while shipping frequently and modernizing core systems.
