We're looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging, impactful, and highly collaborative position. Reporting to the Director of Product,  you will work independently while closely collaborating with our IAM Solution Manager, cross-functional team in Engineering, Product Management, Project Management, and Go-to-Market. You will be responsible for completing identity and access management (IAM) processes and support enabling access integrations for some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. The ideal candidate is reliable, trustworthy, and able to pivot effectively in high-stakes, fast-paced scenarios. You should enjoy solving technical challenges and continuously seek new ways to improve and optimize IAM solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage SaaS user access through close collaboration with platform and GTM teams
  • Work independently as an access implementation specialist, owning projects end-to-end with little direct supervision.
  • Ensure cross-organizational transparency on IAM deliverables, meet key project milestones, fulfil contractual obligations, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Monitor and audit user access processes and identity lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Support evaluation of IAM tools and processes, collecting feedback and providing recommendations for improvement for both customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the Authorization Engineering team to assist in the release validation of IAM solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to ensure seamless enablement of new and existing features.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of knowledge of enterprise software technologies (e.g., Jira, Monday, Auth0, Entitle, etc.) 
  • Demonstrated experience or involvement in project management and change management within large organizations.
  • Strong communication skills to thrive in a service and support-focused role, including working with stakeholders in some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.
  • Ability to manage project delivery end-to-end, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and drive results.
  • Proven experience in access management, customer care, or technological operational roles is an advantage.
  • Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), CyberArk, ForgeRock, SailPoint, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Monitor and audit user access processes and identity lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with security policies.
