Salary Range

$46 800,00 - $48 360,00

We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to provide administrative support to the Human Resources team. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in HR processes and procedures, learn about HR policies and compliance, and shadow HR Generalists.  

 

Responsibilities 

  • Apply your knowledge of core HR principles, policies, and procedures in day-to-day tasks 

  • Coordinate and schedule internal promotion interviews 

  • Assist in delivering a smooth onboarding experience to welcome new hires 

  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and tracking tools with accuracy 

  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation  

  • Manage Human Resource Information System (HRIS) tickets 

  • Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 

Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, master's degree, or post-graduate certificate in human resources, or a related field 

  • Skilled in handling confidential records, maintaining databases, and tracking deadlines 

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
